Every few minutes, our proprietary software will check your computer to be sure everything is running correctly, if it finds something wrong, it will automatically notify your Ben’s Computer Help Agent! By doing this, we can find and fix small problems before they become massive problems that could result in data loss, or worse, a system crash.

As part of our remote support maintenance program, we will automatically clean temporary files and defragment your computer weekly at no additional cost! Everything’s automatic! If your computer is turned off during these scheduled tasks, our software will automatically queue the tasks to run the next time you use your computer.

Remote Access & Background Remote Management
Remote access allows Ben’s Computer Help to repair your computer should an issue arise. No need to unplug everything, haul your computer to a store, drive home, wait, drive back to the store, haul it home, and hook it up again! Background Remote Management even allows us to administer simple repairs without interrupting your normal usage! 

Vulnerability Scanning & Patch Management
This allows us to keep your computer continuously up to date! We will remotely update Microsoft Windows and Office products, as well as commonly infiltrated programs like Adobe Reader, Flash Player, and Java to keep you safe and secure.
